Dr Roxana Dulón Gonzales brings over 20 years of experience in advancing sustainable, inclusive economies across Latin America. With expertise in program evaluation, gender-responsive strategies, sustainability-focused livelihoods, and economic resilience, she has led multi-stakeholder initiatives that address systemic inequalities and foster equitable development.
Her work includes designing and implementing adaptive solutions in diverse contexts, with a focus on fostering sustainable livelihoods and inclusive economic growth. Roxana is highly skilled in integrating Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks into complex initiatives, ensuring measurable and sustainable outcomes.
